Assembly Technician

Responsibilities: Assemble electronic components and systems according to detailed schematics and specifications. Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and ohmmeters, to ensure accurate assembly. Perform soldering tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic components. Fabricate parts as needed for assembly processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly processes or equipment malfunctions. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. SkillsStrong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. Proficient in soldering techniques, particularly with surface mount technology (SMT).Experience with logic controllers and their integration into assembly processes is preferred. Familiarity with using hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters. Ability to fabricate components as required for specific assembly tasks. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot assembly-related issues effectively. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
