Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active California Physical Therapist license Experience working with children and adolescents School-based experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct physical therapy services in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support student success Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed
