Job Description
Packaging Associate Responsibilities:
Assemble small components used in the packaging of cosmetic products.
Follow established assembly procedures and production instructions.
Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet established production and quality standards.
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Packaging Associate Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful, but is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team including following basic verbal instructions throughout shift
- Dependable attendance and punctuality (work references checked).Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements with both hands/fingers.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and stay focused, on task, without work interruption throughout the course of shift
- Must be able to see clearly with or without corrective lens including the ability to distinguish varying colors to ensure product quality
- Must be available to work 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week (defined schedule)
