Responsibilities include:
Serving as the friendly, trusted face guiding families into Home Care Services.
Building and maintaining strong referral relationships, driving brand awareness and new client acquisition.
Nurturing long-term partnerships with existing sources.
Ensuring a seamless admissions process by collaborating across departments.
Staying knowledgeable about AccordCare's services, requirements, and standards.
Driving synergy between referral sources, customers, and the internal care team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in healthcare, private home care, or a related field.
- Proven customer service and sales skills with a relationship-first approach.
- Analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Strong communicator with families, partners, and team members.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Orlando and surrounding areas.
