Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Outpatient Office-Queen-NY

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care.- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically appropriate.- Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable regulations.- Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.- Work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and appropriate certification.- Previous primary care experience is required.- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently within the NP scope of practice.- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.- Excellent communication and patient management skills.- Comfortable working independently in an outpatient office setting.
