The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a hands-on sales leader to partner with ownership, grow WTS in NYC, and potentially expand into new geographic markets. You will drive new business, build lasting client relationships, and turn successful projects into repeat accounts. Alongside selling, you will build the sales organization—shaping our strategy, establishing a CRM, setting account priorities, and creating a consistent outreach and reporting process. This role offers the chance to influence how WTS grows and develop into a broader leadership position as the business expands.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business with developers, general contractors, property managers, owner’s representatives, hotels, and real estate firms.
Identify opportunities in construction punch lists, rental turnovers, sales preparation, and ongoing property maintenance.
Expand existing client relationships across additional buildings, projects, and service needs.
Establish and maintain a CRM with contacts, target accounts, opportunities, and next steps.
Build a repeatable outreach and follow-up process using email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
Create a practical sales playbook and reporting dashboard covering pipeline, activity, revenue, and results.
Agree on sales targets with ownership and take responsibility for achieving them.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success selling services to NYC construction or real estate clients.
Strong relationships with relevant decision-makers and the ability to build new ones.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing business.
Familiarity with construction schedules, punch lists, property operations, and apartment turnovers.
Ability to set up and use a CRM, organize outreach, and maintain consistent follow-up.
Clear communication, strong organization, and sound commercial judgment.
A hands-on approach: comfortable prospecting, visiting sites, meeting clients, and following opportunities through to completion.
Availability for regular meetings and site visits throughout NYC.
What We Offer:
Help shape the business. Partner directly with ownership to build the sales organization, grow WTS in NYC, and expand into new geographic markets.
Room to lead. Make a measurable impact and grow into a broader leadership role as the business scales.
Strong earning potential. Competitive package including base pay and commissions tied to the business you win.
A strong foundation. Proven services, experienced technicians, and established client relationships to support your success.
Marketing support. Work with our marketing team to create high-quality sales materials that showcase our work and help you present WTS with confidence.
