Key Accountabilities:
Promote and demonstrate safe behavior at all timesDemonstrate effective performance in achieving agreed CHESS goals in support of the department, site and company standardsParticipate in daily crew safety meetingsAssist with metallurgical and mill lab sample testing and analysisCollect, organize and analyze process data using both excel and PI databasesAssist with monitoring and evaluating process procedures, improvements, and strategiesPrepare technical reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for both processing and managementParticipate in plant tests, sampling campaigns, sample prep, and test analysisQualifications / Experience Current Sophomore or Junior enrolled in a Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or similar degree programCurrent Driver's LicenseComputer literacy Microsoft Office (extensive excel skills is a requirement) Demonstrate ability to maintain or exceed best industry safety practices in all tasksCompetenciesGood time management and prioritization skillsStrong communication skillsSelf motivated, energetic and proactiveHigh level of initiative, resourcefulness and personal organization
