IT Recruiter Love connecting with people? Know how to find great talent? Thrive in a fast-moving, team-driven environment? We want to meet you. We’re looking for an energetic, motivated IT Recruiter to join our high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, enjoys the challenge of finding the right person for the right opportunity, and wants to be part of a team that works hard, celebrates wins, and genuinely enjoys working together. As an IT Recruiter, you’ll be at the center of our talent network—connecting with technology professionals, learning what motivates them, and helping match great people with great opportunities. If you’re naturally curious, competitive, connected, and energized by people, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:- Find great talent – Source and recruit IT professionals across a wide range of technologies, roles, and experience levels.
- Create a great experience – Make sure candidates feel informed, valued, and connected throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Build your network – Develop lasting relationships through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, outreach, and the local tech community.
- Get to know people – Conduct phone and video conversations that go beyond the resume to understand skills, goals, personality, and what candidates want next.
- Partner with the team – Work closely with our sales and recruiting teams to understand client needs and move quickly when opportunities arise.
- Keep the pipeline moving – Stay connected with candidates, follow up consistently, and build relationships before the perfect opportunity even opens.
- Know the market – Stay current on technology trends, in-demand skills, compensation, and what’s happening in the IT talent market.
- What You'll Bring
- Recruiting experience, ideally within IT, technology, staffing, or professional services
- A genuine interest in networking and relationship building
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to find the way to start conversations
- The ability to juggle multiple searches, candidates, and priorities without losing momentum
- Strong follow-through, organization, and attention to detail
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- The resilience to hear “not right now” and keep building the relationship anyway
- You'll Fit In Well With Our Team If You'reDriven – You like goals, momentum, competition, and seeing your effort turn into results.
- A natural connector – You enjoy meeting people, making introductions, and growing your network.
- Relationship-focused – You understand that great recruiting isn’t transactional. The relationships you build today can matter months or even years from now.
- Resilient – Recruiting has highs, lows, surprises, and plenty of pivots. You know how to keep moving.
- Team-oriented – You want to win, but you want the people around you to win too.
- Culture-minded – You bring energy, accountability, positivity, and ideas to the team.
