Irrigation Production Supervisor

Description: ResponsibilitiesPerform daily and weekly irrigation system service, repairs, and modifications for commercial and residential properties. Plan, schedule, and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Maintain organized inventory and ensure equipment and vehicles are clean and ready for use. Promote and adhere to safe and environmentally responsible work practices. Communicate effectively with supervisors and client relations managers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns. Supervise and train maintenance crews on basic irrigation system operations, especially during peak seasons. Accurately complete timesheets and required documentation. Willingness to work extra hours as needed during peak season to ensure all responsibilities are completed. Maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Snow division management is required during the winter season. Accountability for planning, executing, and delivering profitable results, using weekly projections documentation.

Qualifications: Valid CO Driver's license. Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Experience in irrigation system maintenance and repair is preferred.
