Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed maintenance work packages and job plans
- Plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
- Manage work orders and maintenance backlogs
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and contractor resources
- Conduct field walkdowns and verify job scopes
- Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance outages
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards
Requirements:
- Industrial maintenance planning experience
- Experience in chemical plants, refineries, or petrochemical facilities preferred
- Proficiency with SAP, Maximo, or similar CMMS systems
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, and rotating equipment
- Ability to read P&IDs and technical drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be local to Orange, TX or surrounding areas
