Production WorkerOur client, a manufacturing environment, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production team supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a steady work pace, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Use a machine that automatically cuts a rubber sleeve into individual rings Monitor the ring painting process to ensure consistent output Manually peel apart rings and inspect for quality defects Keep track of total rings produced throughout the shift Follow production procedures to support smooth, reliable manufacturing What's Needed? Ability to work in a production setting and stay focused on quality Comfort with hands-on tasks, including manual inspection and separation of parts Willingness to follow safety and process instructions consistently Reliability and readiness to meet shift expectations from start to finish Successful completion of required screening: Urine Drug Test (5 Panel) and Background Check (Client Credential Package) What's in it for me?
