Responsibilities include:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance.
Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
Qualifications include:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Cypress, TX (77429) & Houston, TX (77095).Our office is open 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University. We currently have 17 team members at our agency. We have 95 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
