North America Employment Law Leader & Strategic Counsel

Aon is seeking a strategic Head of Employment Law, North America, to partner with the People Organization and set the NA employment law agenda in support of risk management and enterprise goals. You will advise NA executive leadership, oversee sensitive investigations, govern employment policies, and lead a cross-jurisdictional team of lawyers and specialists in a hybrid role based in Chicago or New York, with three office days per week.
