Overview:
This position will allow you to apply your laboratory instrument/chemistry knowledge and technical experience to solve customers' instrumentation issues and ensure optimal system performance. Ideal Location: Home office-based in the NY-Metro, CT, RI, or Greater Boston areas
In This Role You Will:
- Travel to client sites in the area to perform on-site service
- Perform simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, refresher training, and more on company instruments
- Act as a specialist for all chromatography instruments used in all applications, including semiconductor, process analytical and research/analytical lab
- Ideal Skills/Knowledge:
- BS higher preferred in chemistry or related STEM studies.3 + years experience working hands-on with analytical instruments or process equipmentexposure to chromatography (HPLC, GC or IC) a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to travel regionally
- Valid driver license
