What You'll Do: Edit video creative for paid social, organic social, YouTube, and other digital channels. Transform raw footage, creator content, product footage, and campaign assets into polished video ads. Shape story, pacing, sound, color, motion, and visual flow to create engaging edits. Develop both vertical short-form content and horizontal video formats. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and growth stakeholders to bring concepts to life. Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detail. Review performance results and apply learnings to improve future creative. Manage multiple editing projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For: Strong video editing skills with a clear eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual impact. A portfolio demonstrating a range of work, including vertical short-form and horizontal video content. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. An understanding of how to create video that captures attention in the first few seconds. Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects moving at once. A collaborative approach and comfort giving and receiving feedback. Care for the details, including sound, color, motion, timing, and final delivery quality. A growth mindset and enthusiasm for improving your editing craft over time.
