You'll be an upbeat, team-focused presence that keeps the whole kitchen operating at its best. The task at hand includes: Wash, sanitize, and maintain all cooking equipment, cutlery, china, and glassware, keeping workstations properly stocked for service. Keep kitchen floors, the walk-in fridge, and all food storage areas clean and organized, including collecting and placing ingredients in their proper place. Follow the kitchen cleaning schedule and coordinate with Kitchen Management on equipment cleaning and maintenance. Work positively and professionally with the kitchen team to keep operations smooth and the workplace enjoyable for all.
