Ghost AI in California is seeking a Head of Client Services to own mid-market client relationships end-to-end, build scalable servicing processes, and shape how AI transforms the customer experience.
You will work closely with the CTO and engineering to translate client pain points into AI-powered solutions, own onboarding, renewals, and retention, and help grow a client servicing team in a high-autonomy startup.
