They are looking for aSenior Project Managerwho can lead major projects, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to continued business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead large scale industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution construction projects
- Own project budgets, cost forecasting, profitability, schedules, and risk management
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and project execution
- Build relationships with owners and key decision makers while identifying new business opportunities
- Participate in client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project teams
- Drive quality, safety, and successful project closeout
- What they’re looking for:10+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience delivering large, complex projects within industrial construction, manufacturing, distribution, or food and beverage facilities
- Strong financial management and project profitability experience
- A track record of developing client relationships and supporting business development
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
