Job Description: Semi-Auto Screen Printer – 2nd Shift
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM

Largo, FL 33773 Join Our Production Team! Alliance Workforce is hiring a Semi-Automatic Screen Printer for a busy production facility! If you have screen-printing experience, mechanical skills, and a strong eye for detail, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Set up and operate semi-automatic screen-printing equipment according to job specifications.
Review job orders and prepare the correct inks, screens, and materials.
Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and alignment throughout production.
Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Clean screens, squeegees, and equipment between jobs.
Record production information and report issues to the supervisor.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
What We’re Looking For1–2 years of screen-printing experience, preferably with semi-automatic equipment.
Familiarity with printing inks, materials, and screen-printing techniques.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to make minor machine adjustments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and maintain production deadlines.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
