Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Proven experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with life support technologies and procedures, including ventilator management and titration of IV drips
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adaptability to rapidly changing situations and keen attention to detail
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICUContinuously assess and monitor patient conditions, recognizing and responding to subtle changes
