We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Fire Sprinkler division, with a clear path toward promotion to Project Manager. This is a hands-on training role for someone who wants to grow into full project ownership on commercial fire sprinkler installations.
What you'll do:
  • Support project managers with day-to-day coordination of fire sprinkler installation projects — scheduling, submittals, procurement, and subcontractor communication
  • Assist with reviewing drawings, tracking material orders, and coordinating field crews
  • Help manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and permitting paperwork
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and site supervisors to keep projects on schedule
  • Learn budgeting, cost tracking, and client-facing project management as you progress toward a PM role
  • Visit job sites periodically to monitor progress and support field coordination
What we're looking for:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Interest in construction, fire protection
  • Prior experience in construction, fire sprinkler, or a related trade is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility over time
This role is designed as a growth track — strong performers will be developed into full Project Managers within the Sprinkler division.
