Assembler Responsibilities:
Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material to accurately assemble components - Gather, position, and fasten metal parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners - Operate pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools safely and effectively - Report any product or equipment issues to the department lead promptly - Assist in the assembly of metal products either at a workbench or on the shop floor - Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout all tasks Requirements for Assembler:- Ability to read and execute instructions from blueprints and assembly documentation - Proficiency with tape measures and basic math skills - Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. without assistance - Capable of safely using hand, pneumatic, and power tools and machinery - Strong adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE
