Safety Engineer
Location: Chicago, Illinois (Day 1 Onsite)
Position: Fulltime/Contract
Job Description:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related fieldØ 5-10 years of work experience in a construction safety positionØ Specific training in OSHA safety requirements, First Aid, and CPR, if requiredØ Good understanding & ability to enforce compliance with federal, state, local, & company regulationsØ Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measuresØ Good knowledge of domestic safety standardsØ Knowledge of and ability to understand and implement both operating and construction OSHA Standards.

Ø Presentation and facilitation skillsØ Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), organization, and interpersonal skillsØ Ability to investigate/analyze critical situations in a professional manner.
