Duration: Contract - 3 months

Job Description: We are seeking a Lockbox Processor to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payment processing, document scanning, and MS Office and a proven ability to adhere to client business rules while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Responsibilities: Process payments in accordance with defined client business rules and procedures. Perform high-volume document preparation and scanning on high-speed scanners. Validate data accuracy and completeness, and resolve basic exceptions. Handle trays of mail and organize incoming and outgoing work according to schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient PC skills with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Proficient knowledge and understanding of the English language. Background in the financial industry or retail sales experience. Ability to lift and carry 10–15 lbs as needed and stand for extended periods during scanning.

Preferred Skills: Experience with lockbox operations or high-volume payment processing. Familiarity with imaging or content management systems. Schedule & Work Conditions:

Shift: Friday–Tuesday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or until completion. Hours per day: 8.
