Director of Pharmacy | Jersey City, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities: Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, fulfilling a minimum of 35 hours per week on site Oversee daily operations including order verification and medication order entry using HCS Provide on-call coverage after shifts during weekdays and on weekends Participate in pharmacy meetings and contribute to scheduling efforts Assist in collecting data for Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committee activities Support and relieve existing pharmacy staff Engage with pharmacy technicians responsible for filling Omnicell systems and orders Maintain compliance with behavioral health pharmacy standards; no sterile compounding involved

Desired Experience and Qualifications: Active New Jersey Pharmacist license required Experience with HCS Order Entry System is essential Familiarity with pharmacy policies and procedures preferable Knowledge of Omnicell automation is a plus Background in behavioral health pharmacy settings beneficial

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM plus on-call coverage after shifts Weekend on-call coverage only
