Job Description
About Us:
Lamar Trailers was founded on determination, family values, and a deep trust in God. Our story began in a dirt floor pole barn with five thousand dollars and a commitment to build something meaningful. From those beginnings to becoming a respected leader in the trailer industry, our purpose has remained steady. We create trailers that last and we build them with people who care, all for God’s Glory. Our core values guide everything we do. We honor God in our work and in the way we treat people. We keep it simple by focusing on what matters most and removing unnecessary complexity. We serve humbly by placing others before ourselves and using leadership as an opportunity to lift people up. These values shape our culture and help us stay true to who we are. We are a Christ led company and our faith influences the way we work and the way we care for one another. We believe every person is created with worth and deserves dignity, kindness, and respect. We believe strong families strengthen communities, so we support each other both in work and in life. We are committed to creating a workplace where we would proudly invite our own sons and daughters to work. Leadership at Lamar means serving. We value people who take ownership, stay humble, and help teammates without being asked. We look for individuals who want to grow, who welcome feedback, and who care about leaving things better than they found them. Progress comes through small daily improvements and a willingness to do things with excellence. We communicate with clarity and share frustrations upward to leaders rather than sideways to coworkers. This keeps our environment focused, unified, and free from unnecessary negativity. We show gratitude, work with integrity, and remain steady even when the work is challenging. The Load Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling and inspecting loads for shipping. This role includes operating machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring products are prepared for delivery. Candidates should have attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
