Job Description: Port Arthur, TX Area | Long-Term Project | Day & Night ShiftDelta360 is currently hiring Turnaround Fueling Operators for a long-term industrial plant project in the Port Arthur, TX area. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are willing to work long hours, work as part of a team, and provide excellent service to our customers. This project is expected to last two years or longer, providing an opportunity for long-term employment.

Must have a valid TWIC CardMust have a valid driver's license Must be willing and able to work long hours Must be willing to work the 13-on / 1-off schedule Must be willing to work both day and night shifts as required Must be dependable and show up ready to work Must be able to work effectively as part of a two-person crew Must be able to accurately track and report fuel usage Must have strong communication skills Must be comfortable working inside an industrial plant environment Must follow all customer and company safety requirementsJOB RESPONSIBILITIESSafely fuel equipment throughout the plant Accurately track and report all fuel usage Complete fuel tickets and required daily documentation Communicate effectively with customers and plant personnel Maintain consistent communication with Delta360 management Report equipment issues, fueling issues, delays, or other concerns to management Follow all Delta360 SOPs and site-specific procedures Perform daily inspections of fueling equipment Keep fueling areas and equipment clean and organized Work closely with your crew partner to complete daily responsibilities Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on the jobsite Follow all plant safety requirements and procedures Provide reliable and professional service to the customerWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for employees with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work. Lead Operator responsibilities include: Overseeing daily fueling operations Ensuring accurate fuel usage reporting Completing required documentation Communicating with customers and management Ensuring company and plant procedures are followed Working with the Helper to keep the operation running efficientlyHELPERThe Helper will work directly alongside the Lead Operator to support daily fueling operations. Helper responsibilities include: Assisting with fueling equipment Assisting with daily inspections and equipment maintenance Helping maintain a clean and organized work area Assisting with fuel documentation and reporting Communicating any issues to the Lead Operator Supporting the Lead Operator in completing all assigned responsibilities safely and efficientlyLOCATIONPort Arthur, Texas AreaWe strongly prefer applicants who are local to Port Arthur or live within approximately one hour of the area. IMPORTANT SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONSThis position requires a strong commitment to the project. Employees will initially work:13 DAYS ON / 1 DAY OFFEmployees will work 12-hour shifts but will be paid for 14 hours per day. As we continue to hire and adequately staff the project, our goal is to transition into a more structured rotation that provides employees with additional time off. Applicants should understand that long hours and limited days off will be required initially.
