Remote Recruiting Intern: High-Volume Agri Talent

CHS Inc. is hiring four spring Recruiter Interns for January 2027–May 2027 to join our Field Talent Acquisition Team. You will be trained on our systems and best practices for sourcing top talent and screening candidates, working with recruiters, HRBPs, onboarding specialists, and hiring managers for high-volume spring hires. These internships are 100% remote, with ideal candidates living or attending school in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas or Illinois.
