You'll be responsible for managing vendors, building systems, operational budgets, safety programs and capital projects while ensuring the property consistently delivers an outstanding experience for tenants and visitors. This role would suit a facilities, operations or property management professional with experience managing large, complex commercial or retail environments.
DUTIES:
Oversee all facility operations including maintenance, janitorial and contracted service providers Manage preventative maintenance programs and property inspections Monitor HVAC, lighting and energy management systems Develop and manage operational budgets, expenditures and cost-control initiatives Lead capital improvement projects from planning through completion Manage environmental health, safety and emergency preparedness programs Coordinate tenant fit-outs, remodels and construction projects Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors and local stakeholders Ensure compliance with company standards, lease requirements and regulatory obligationsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE3+ years of experience in property operations, facilities management, construction or related fields Retail, shopping center, mixed-use or commercial real estate experience strongly preferred Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets and capital projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systemsHOW TO APPLYClick APPLY or contact Aaron Stannard, Associate Director on 435-640-6266 for a confidential discussion.
