Paid Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs. Collaborate with business teams on campaign planning and performance reviews. Develop ongoing testing plans to identify growth opportunities and innovative tactics. Manage external partner relationships and explore new channels for acquisition. Provide oversight and coaching to junior team members, fostering their professional development. Present insights and strategic recommendations to client teams and internal stakeholders. Key Requirements and Technology Experience:6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, actively working within buying tools at an agency and/or in-house media team.2+ years of experience leading large social media brands and mentoring/managing junior team members. Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Experience with B2C and B2B campaigns, particularly in financial, health, or retail sectors. Familiarity with campaign building, pacing, optimizing, and reporting. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
