Shift LeadBounce! Sports & Entertainment Center in Poughkeepsie, NY is looking for one shift lead to join our 64 person strong team. We are located on 2001 South Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities:- Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
- Train and develop new team members to company standard
- Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
- Motivate staff while working towards one goal
- Daily scheduling of breaks throughout shifts
- Help keep track of inventory and maintenance of park
- Make change for registers
- Assists in party planning duties
Qualifications:- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- Experience in a leadership role 18 years or older
