Senior Engineering Recruiting Leader

PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting to lead a team of recruiters supporting our Engineering organization. You will translate business priorities into recruiting plans, develop a strong team, and partner with Engineering leaders to hire the technical talent their organizations need. You will move between strategy and execution, advising leaders on hiring priorities, coaching recruiters through complex searches, and addressing issues that affect hiring results.
