Quality Control Inspector We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support our manufacturing operations by tracking, measuring, and reporting production and quality results for every work order. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining high quality standards, and collaborating with production teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile, track, measure, and report results for all work orders
- Gather, analyze, and electronically report production and quality data
- Maintain and visually display key performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and production output
- Review finished goods to ensure they meet company and customer quality expectations
- Collect and analyze production data related to assembly specifications, line standards, run rates, and efficiency goals
- Maintain equipment performance records, preventive maintenance documentation, and operational data
- Support management with quality investigations, corrective actions, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
- Assist in identifying trends and opportunities to improve quality and production performance
- Work closely with production, quality, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Area Manager and Management Team
Qualifications:- RequiredExperience in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Production Reporting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and data management skills
- Proficiency with computers and electronic reporting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- PreferredExperience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality standards and continuous improvement practices
- Bilingual Spanish
Physical Requirements:- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Continuous use of hands and fingers for computer and documentation tasks
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery and equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels
