Counter Sales Representative

About the Role: The Counter Sales Representative is the face of the Dallas branch. Youll work directly with contractors, plumbers, and trade professionals who rely on us to keep their jobs moving. This is a hands-on role that blends customer service, product knowledge, and warehouse coordination. If you enjoy helping customers, staying busy, and working as part of a tight-knit team, this is a great opportunity. What Youll DoGreet and assist walk-in contractors and trade customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products Process sales orders, invoices, returns, and exchanges accurately Provide pricing and product availability information Answer incoming calls and support customer inquiries Pull and stage orders for pickup Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area Build strong relationships with repeat customers What Were Looking For 13 years of customer service or sales experience preferred Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction supply experience is a plus Ability to read invoices, part numbers, and product descriptions accurately Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems Strong communication and multitasking ability Detail-oriented and dependable Team-first attitude Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs Standing for extended periods Working in a warehouse and counter environment Why Winston Water CoolerCompetitive hourly pay ($18$20/hr) Stable, MondayFriday work environment Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Ongoing product training Opportunity to grow within the company If you enjoy helping customers and want to build experience in the plumbing supply industry, wed love to talk.
