Alight Solutions is seeking a Staff Backend Integrations Engineer to design and build the integration infrastructure behind the Benefits Intelligence experience. This hands-on role focuses on building reliable, scalable integration-heavy systems and ensuring operability. You will define architecture, APIs, and workflows to connect Worklife with the Data Engine, establish interface contracts, and drive integration across Product, Architecture and Platform teams.
