Tomorrow's Hope is looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our amazing Supported Living team! This is much more than a job. You'll play an important role in helping adults with developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and confidently in their homes and communities.
What You'll Do:- Provide attentive, support and care Assist with medications and medication accountability, Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals
- Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift
- Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Be a positive role model and advocate for participant rights Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $17.75/hour for candidates with:
- Assistance With Medications certification
- Good driving record
- Full-Time Schedule:
- Every other Wednesday: 8 AM - 8:00 PMEvery Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM Great Benefits
