Operations Manager

What You'll Do: Lead and develop installation teams, crew leaders, and the Technical Field Specialist. Establish installation standards, field procedures, and best practices. Monitor quality, production, safety, customer satisfaction, and warranty performance. Conduct job site visits, quality inspections, and coach teams to improve performance. Develop training programs and mentor installers to ensure consistent, high-quality workmanship. Resolve complex installation issues and customer escalations. Partner with Sales, Production, and Customer Care to ensure projects are completed successfully. Recruit, interview, and develop top field talent while driving continuous improvement across the division.

Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on residential attic insulation installation experience required. Previous leadership experience in attic insulation, weatherization, or residential construction. Strong knowledge of blown-in insulation, batt insulation, air sealing, attic ventilation, insulation removal, and residential building science. Proven ability to lead teams, improve operational performance, and drive quality. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
