Tired of dog-eat-dog sales floors, tricks, and manufactured urgency? Ready for work that is more than a job, and more like a calling? In the Family Service Advisor role you will...Live your faith, not just clock in. Join an organization built on Catholic values, where you're seen as a missionary disciple — someone placed at the threshold where human grief meets divine mercy. Guide families, don't just sell to them. Through consultative, relationship-driven conversations, you'll walk families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options — accompaniment first, arrangement second. Own your success. You're never doing it alone. Work autonomously and build your own path forward, backed by a team that forms and sustains you along the way. No two days the same, because no two family experiences are the same. From arrangement meetings to committals to parish outreach, you'll be present across the full arc of a family's journey, in a dynamic, fast-paced role.
