Job Title: Project Manager III – Manufacturing

Location: Worcester, MA

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Program Manager to lead global programs involving drug product fill/finish, medical device manufacturing, combination product assembly, labeling, packaging, and product launches. Responsible for program strategy, product transfer from development to operations, integrated timelines, risk management, financial tracking, and cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities: Develop program execution strategies, project plans, milestones, Gantt charts, and resource plans. Lead global cross-functional teams and coordinate product transfers and manufacturing industrialization. Manage program budgets, risks, timelines, deliverables, and contingency plans. Coordinate material demand, sourcing, distribution, regulatory submissions, and product launches. Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and program closeout.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations.5+ years of global program/project management experience.5+ years of experience in drug product fill/finish, device manufacturing, or combination product packaging environments. Experience with manufacturing industrialization, qualification, and product transfer from development to operations. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; experience with quality systems, design controls, regulatory submissions, and product launches preferred. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and risk management skills.
