Key responsibilities: Manage and develop strategic plans with customers to enhance growth, retention, and ROI Facilitate sales presentations and proposals that leverage Equifax solutions to improve customer operations Oversee customer onboarding and satisfaction while identifying and implementing process improvementsRequired qualifications 10+ years of experience in Mortgage & Housing, preferably in sales, marketing, or relationship management Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; master's degree preferred Strong relationship management and business development skills Proficiency in managing customer relationships effectively Experience in revenue forecasting and pipeline management processes
