Merchandising Administrative Associate

Job Purpose: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and merchandising-savvy Merchandising Administrative Associate (MAA) to support our Account Executive team in executing product development, sales presentations, and retail operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background or interest in retail merchandising, product development, or sales operations who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Order & Project Tracking: Monitor purchase orders, packaging approvals, sample status, and shipment timelines using spreadsheets and internal systems. Presentation & Reporting Support: Assist in preparing customer presentations, compiling sell-through data, inventory reports, and post-sales recaps. Sample Management: Photograph, organize, pack/unpack product samples for meetings and presentations. Data Entry & Communication: Maintain accurate records and follow up on communications with internal teams, Asia offices, and retail partners. Cross-Functional Coordination: Support travel planning, meeting scheduling, and calendar management for the account team. Assist with expense reports and proofing communications.
