What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate is a working maintenance leader who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor and solving problems. This position is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Lead, Lead Technician, or Maintenance Supervisor who wants to combine hands-on technical work with leadership and responsibility for improving the overall maintenance operation.

Physical & Work Environment: Work in a manufacturing environment around operating machinery. Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and work in various equipment locations. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Ability to work from ladders and elevated platforms when required. Ability to lift and handle maintenance-related components and materials. Ability to work required shifts, overtime, weekends, or emergency call-ins as needed. We are looking for someone who can lead from the floor—someone who can troubleshoot the problem, help fix it, lead the team, and improve the process.
