Client Overview:
Our client is a company that has been a local manufacturer, running a fast-paced, high-volume plant for over 50 years. They are currently looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to their team. They are very people-focused and boast long-term tenure among many employees. This is a highly regulated environment, operating 24/7 with one other U.S.-based location. Salary/Hourly Rate$100k - $115k plus Bonus
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor will coach and guide the Maintenance Technicians and work shoulder-to-shoulder with them on the plant floor. This is not a desk job. Expect to spend at least half your time out at the machines, diagnosing faults, demonstrating repair techniques, and showing technicians how to solve problems themselves. You will report to the Engineering Manager and be the day-to-day leader of the maintenance crew. Your success will be measured by how well the team performs: their skills, their confidence, their safety habits, and how reliably the equipment runs because of them. The best fit is someone who gets as much satisfaction from a Technician's first solo fix as from fixing the machine themselves.
