Service Concierge: Greet, Schedule & Support

Lexus of Nashville is looking for a friendly, organized Full-Time Service Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our service department. You will greet service customers, guide them through visits, and direct them to the correct department while handling calls and messages with a professional demeanor. You will also assist with scheduling service appointments, manage the service calendar, help with loaner vehicles, drive customer vehicles as needed, and keep the café area tidy.
