Positions and Work AreasWe're recruiting for opportunities across these departments:* Rough Carpentry & Framing: Carpenter helpers, framing laborers, and rough carpenters assisting with floors, walls, and ceilings.* Finish Carpentry & Cabinet Installation: Trim carpenters and helpers installing cabinetry and interior trim.* Drywall Hanging & Finishing: Drywall laborers, sheetrock installers, hangers, tapers, and finishing helpers.* Painting: Painters and helpers preparing walls and ceilings for paint.* Flooring Installation: Flooring installers and helpers supporting home flooring installation.* Plumbing: Plumbers and plumbing helpers assisting with residential plumbing work.* Electrical: Electricians and electrical helpers supporting residential electrical installation.* Sheathing & Siding: Construction workers and helpers assisting with sheathing and siding.* Roofing: Roofers and roofing helpers supporting modular home construction.* General Labor & Production: Utility workers, material handlers, and construction helpers supporting different departments.
