This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional to gain broad exposure across the deal lifecycle, working on sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation.
Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment returns and downside scenarios.
Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify attractive investment opportunities.
Support deal execution, including due diligence coordination, investment committee materials, and transaction structuring.
Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to ongoing value creation initiatives.
Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process.
Ideal Background:
Experience in investment banking at a top-tier firm.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial team environment.
A genuine interest in private markets and long-term investing.
