- Pay Rates:
- Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Starting Pay: $18.50/hr$19.50/hr upon permanent hire
Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Starting Pay: $19.50/hr$20.45/hr upon permanent hire
Training Schedule: AM candidates train Monday-Thursday on day shift. PM candidates train Monday-Thursday on night shift. Employees begin the rotating schedule during Week 2.Direct, hands-on training provided from day one.
What You'll Do:
Operate molding, assembly, and packaging equipment.
Package and label products according to customer specifications.
Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects.
Report quality concerns to production leadership.
Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.
Follow cleanroom procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements.
Work safely while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
Must Have:- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear GMP attire.
- Ability to stand and remain active for the full 12-hour shift.
- Comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Nice To Have, But Not Required:
- Machine operating experience.
- Assembly experience.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.45/hr.
