Car Wash Shift Supervisor

LuLu’s Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Shift Lead to guide a small team and ensure smooth, efficient operations. In this fast-paced role, you’ll oversee daily wash activities, assign tasks, and support team members to deliver quick, high-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing. You’ll monitor safety, equipment, and cleanliness standards while handling basic cash or POS transactions and assisting customers with package selections. As a shift leader, you’ll model friendly, customer-first service and help train new staff. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow leadership and customer service skills in a supportive, community-focused environment. Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts Ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service Oversee vehicle wash and detailing processes for consistency and safety Operate and monitor car wash equipment, reporting issues promptly Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Assist customers with service options and handle basic POS transactions Train and coach new or junior staff on procedures and service standards Manage task assignments and break schedules to meet demand Handle minor customer concerns and escalate issues when needed Support daily opening or closing procedures as assigned Team leadership Customer service Point-of-sale (POS) operation Cash handling Basic vehicle detailing Equipment operation and upkeep Time management Safety and cleanliness compliance Scheduling and task assignment Conflict resolution Medical Insurance Valid driver’s license Basic safety training (preferred) Prior supervisory or shift lead experience (preferred)
