This is a hands-on plant HR opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, working directly with employees and leadership, and having a meaningful impact on the operation.
Responsibilities include:- Employee relations, investigations & coaching
- Full-cycle recruiting & onboardingHR compliance, safety & policy support
- Payroll/timekeeping & HRIS administration
- Benefits, leave & unemployment administration
- Performance management & employee development
- Employee engagement & recognition initiatives
- Workforce planning and plant leadership support
Ideal candidate:
3+ years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong employee relations, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important.
