Material Handler & Crating Associate:
Build something you can be proud of. We're hiring dependable, hard-working people to help prepare high-end custom wood doors for shipment. These are not assembly-line products. You'll be working with quality custom-built doors, using hand and power tools to build crates, package products, and make sure each order leaves the shop safely and ready for delivery. Position: Material Handler & Crating Associate
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hrPay Schedule: Weekly
Overtime: Available and required as needed
What You'll Do:- Build shipping crates using hand and power tools
- Package and prepare custom wood doors for shipment
- Box, wrap, tape, and band products securely
- Team lift and move large finished doors safely
- Inspect packaging to ensure products are protected before shipping
- Work with the production team to keep orders moving on schedule
What We're Looking For:- Solid work history and dependable attendance
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Ability to team lift doors weighing up to 150 lbs.
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, carpentry, or shipping experience is a plus
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
